What a great place to rent a car from. As a 22 year old it's difficult to find a place that will rent you a vehicle that's actually fun to drive. Hertz, Enterprise, Avis, etc (all the big-name rental companies) have age restrictions on anything other than boring Camrys, Aveos and other econoboxes -- but not Black and White! I was able to rent a Porsche Boxster without having to pay any silly "underage fees" like most other places wanted to charge me. Speaking of cars, go take a look at what B&W offers for rental vehicles -- it's not your typical fleet of boring, awful-to-drive budget-boxes. B&W offers vehicles that are fun an exciting to drive and look at. I booked my rental about two weeks before my trip. I sent in my insurance verification and everything was all set for me when I landed. I placed a few phone calls to make rental changes and they were very accommodating and friendly while helping me. Once I arrived at LAX I called the B&W office and they had a car picking me up in under ten minutes. Darnell, the representative who picked me up and took care of all my paperwork, was extremely polite, helpful and fun to chat with. He took care of my paperwork quickly and efficiently and had me in the Porsche in no time after arriving at the LAX office. I needed a second vehicle for after I returned the Porsche (I needed something with a back seat to accommodate other guests joining my trip) so I booked a Volkswagen CC. About a week before my trip, B&W called me to inform me the CC would be unavailable because the individual renting it had extended their time with it. Black and White upgraded me to a Mercedes C300 at no additional charge -- you can't beat a free upgrade! I didn't have to beg, hassle or fight for an upgrade, which was really convenient and shows stellar practices by B&W. I also dealt with Jonathan and Amber throughout my rental term. They were both extremely helpful and accommodating -- they really are genuinely nice people. When I asked to extend my Porsche rental by a day, they allowed me to do so with no questions asked. I will definitely rent from B&W the next time I'm in LA. You can't beat a great lineup of cars, courteous and professional employes and first-class service. Thank you, Black and White, for making the driving part of my California trip so easy, fun and exciting!

I recently rented an Escalade ESV. The vehicle was in very good condition and everyone at B&W was a pleasure to deal with. They picked me up at LAX and took me to their air port office. The process was quick and efficient and a lot less hassle than I was expecting. I would definitely use B&W again.
